Units are designed to meet investors preferences and the buying process is designed to be simple and seamless for investors. Investors who take advantage of early purchase cash pricing will become Limited Partners in ANAB’s and secure seats on our Advisory Board. Buying Process: Reservation fee to hold unit ($5000) will be credited against purchase price. Customized payment plan options available to suite investor needs (typically 25-50% downpayment with remainder spread over construction period). Bigger downpayment get bigger price discounts. Partnership with mortgage providers facilitated based on need.
Cash/Mortgage Purchase
Cash Buying Process
The Buyer will complete a formal reservation form and pay a nonrefundable fee of $5,000.00. The Developer will prepare and submit a draft sales and purchase agreement to buyer within 7days. The Buyer will review and approve the sales and purchase agreement witihin 21 days of receipt of draft agreement. Completion date will be stated in the sales and purchase agreement.
Payment Terms
The Buyer agrees to pay 25% of purchase price upon submission of signed sales and purchase agreement. The Buyer agrees to pay 25% of purchase price upon roof installation on building structure. The Buyer agrees to pay 25% of purchase price upon roof installation on building structure. The Buyer agrees to pay remaining 25% balance of purchase price less reservation fee upon completion of finished unit.
Mortgage Buying Process
The Buyer will complete a formal reservation form and pay a non-refundable fee of $5,000.00. Mortgage pre-approval letter is required to reserve a unit. The Developer will prepare and submit a draft sales and purchase agreement to buyer within 7days. The Buyer will review and approve the sales and purchase agreement witihin 21 days of receipt of draft agreement. Completion date will be stated in the sales and purchase agreement.
